Reduced emissions and carbon footprint

Description

The LCA provides an objective methodology that transparently shows the environmental impacts associated with a given product or system throughout its life cycle. ELIX has carried out LCAs for our products in accordance with ISO 14040 and ISO 14044.

Of all the environmental impacts assessed, we’ve focused on carbon footprint, water footprint and scarcity of fossil resources as the most relevant indicators for our industry, the chemical industry.

LCA of ELIX ABS products calculated according to ISO 14040 and ISO 14044.
Scopes 1, 2 and 3 included in the calculations.
Carbon footprint calculations are available for the various ELIX fossil-based products and the E-LOOP portfolio.
Data updated annually.
