Social impact

ELIX team building

We work every day to build an environment in which our people can develop both professionally and personally. We foster a culture based on collaboration, integrity and well-being, with the goal of having a positive impact on our team and society. Our commitment is firm: to take care of everyone in the organisation and to actively contribute to collective progress.

Driving team growth

Through our People Development and Well-Being programme, we promote personalised training and a healthy working environment, where work-life balance, motivation and active participation are essential. Thanks to our Talent Management System, we foster people’s growth in a collaborative, diverse and inclusive environment.

In terms of occupational health and safety, we carry out audits, prevention campaigns and psychosocial assessments that allow us to listen, care and act preventively to protect the physical and emotional well-being of our team.

We create value for our society

We have a positive impact on our environment, partnering with local organisations, leading training programmes for young people and women, and supporting projects that strengthen social networks. Through initiatives such as work-study (Formación Dual) and university internships, we promote educational development and equity for young people.

In addition, we channel the generosity of the people who are part of ELIX through donations, food drives and partnerships with organisations such as the Food Bank, AFANOC and the CorAvant Foundation. Our commitment is clear: to be an actor that actively listens, provides support and contributes to building a more inclusive and cohesive society.

People at the heart of all we do

Our commitment translated into specific initiatives that promote stable employment, professional development and well-being.

Our main initiatives include the implementation of a Talent Management System, well-being and safety programmes, diversity, equality and inclusion policies, agreements with schools and universities, and partnerships with local organisations through donations, social projects and support for community initiatives.

Our initiatives, our commitment

Through real-world, collaborative projects, we build a healthier, more inclusive and community-connected society. We promote the comprehensive well-being of our people through the Feel Good strategy, led by a cross-cutting team that learns about needs and implements continuous improvements.

In collaboration with the University of Deusto and Rovira i Virgili University (URV), we are involved in projects such as Inspira STEAM, a pioneering initiative that seeks to reduce the gender gap in science and technology by encouraging primary-school girls to pursue careers in these fields with the guidance of mentors. We contribute to building a more equitable and inclusive society.
