Description

ELIX developed the ABS/PC Ultra HH 4115PG to meet the demanding technical requirements of chrome-plating applications. This material meets the standards of a PC/ABS grade, but offers key advantages, namely lower density, greater processability and reduced polycarbonate content, making it a highly competitive option compared to conventional PC/ABS grades. In addition, we’ve achieved an excellent dispersion of the rubber phase in the SAN matrix, guaranteeing superior surface quality on the part and optimal metal adhesion.
