Description

To achieve a robust and stable injection moulding process, we turn to simulation tools such as Moldflow and Moldex3D, which allow us to select the right material, optimise the mould design and adjust the injection parameters, pre-empting any potential issues. We know that material properties have a major impact, which is why we’ve characterised most of our ABS, ABS/PC and PC/ABS grades to ensure accurate simulations from the start of the project.
