ELIX Polymers share its experience regarding the benefits of Management by Missions

Last 20th February, the first meeting of the community of companies that base their model on Management by Missions took place at the Corporación Jiménez Maña facilities. ELIX Polymers was among them.

The objective of the community is to promote a space for Management by Mission companies to meet and exchange experiences and good practices. The event, focused on the communication knowledge area, is the first of other events that will take place in 2020, with each one dealing with the different areas of knowledge in companies such as: People, IT, Sales, Finance, Operations, CSR and Corporate Governance.

For many years now, ELIX Polymers has been committed to the Management by Missions model, aligning its interests as a company with those of its collaborators, replacing the traditional management by objectives with a more human and integrated model that involves all the staff in a single mission.

Noelia Vázquez, HR & Communication Director at ELIX, attended the event. She said that these meetings are extremely rewarding as they offer the opportunity to see how other companies work with the Management by Missions model.

The incorporation of the mission at all levels has allowed ELIX Polymers to strengthen its ties with its collaborators, provide a greater purpose to the effort of each individual and thus improve the levels of productivity and efficiency.
